ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The city of St. Joseph was recently honored. According to the website SmartAsset, St. Joseph is the best metro area to live for manufacturing workers.
The number one spot was given to St. Joseph due to the city's low unemployment rate and its job growth. Director of Communications and Marketing Kristi Bailey told KXCV/KRNW that's not the only reason.
Bailey also thinks that the diversity of the companies in St. Joseph has helped them grow and prosper in this pandemic.KXCV-KRNW
